Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across Bulacan and Nueva Ecija. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, expanding the company's market presence, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the assigned territory.
Manage, retain, and expand relationships with key accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and strategic relationship building.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, customer support, and overall client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client visits and represent the company during business meetings, product presentations, and industry events.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates to management.
Ensure effective territory management by maximizing coverage across Bulacan and Nueva Ecija.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, territory management, or area sales management.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in account management, business development, and customer relationship management.
Good understanding of the Bulacan and Nueva Ecija market, including customer segments, distribution channels, and local business landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
Willingness to travel frequently within the Region III, particularly Bulacan and Nueva Ecija.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for fieldwork.
