Role Overview

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall condition of warehouse facilities and equipment. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, including repairs to warehouse racking systems, roofing leaks, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and basic carpentry and welding work. The Maintenance Staff ensures that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and in compliance with company safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair warehouse racking systems to ensure structural integrity and safety.
Identify and repair roofing leaks to prevent water damage and maintain building integrity.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse facilities and equipment.
Conduct basic welding and metal fabrication for repairs and modifications.
Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing pipes, valves, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures.
Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, breakers, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.
Complete basic carpentry work, such as repairing doors, walls, partitions, shelves, pallets, and wooden structures.
Conduct routine facility inspections and report any structural or safety concerns.

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
